"The cottage is very clean and comfortable with great views of the sea. The garden is big and well maintained. The owners are very helpful with their advice. The location is great - just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Overall I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a holiday by the sea in Cornwall."

Lovely Cottage in a great location
"Spacious cottage with beautiful gardens.The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and a lovely view from the master bedroom. Excellent bathroom and the living room was a very good size. Wifi connection was invaluable especially for my children. Only a short work to to the beach where there is an upmarket cafe. Great place to have an early morning coffee overlooking the beach .Falmouth town centre is no more than a short 10 minute work. The town has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. Plenty to do and lots of good walks around the Fal river.The owners were very helpful and sent us lots of information."

Excellent property and in a great location- recommended
"We stayed in the property with our three teenage daughters. The house is a really good size and on a good plot with parking and a good garden. The house itself is very light and well equipped with everything you need. A lovely large lounge/ diner and with a TV/ DVD player which was handy for the evenings. Location wise was excellent- a five minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk in to Falmouth centre, about five minutes to the train station which takes you into Truro. Would highly recommend this property- and was very impressed with the directions and details sent to us. Also received a phone call just before leaving and when we were there checking all was ok. Can highly recommend getting the boat to St Mawes, Pendennis Castle and train to Truro. We only used the car once whilst we were there- walked everywhere else. Beds were also very comfy!"
